ORDERING & PAYMENTS
What are your accepted payment methods?
KLEAN TEA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple pay, PayPal and Pay with Amazon.
Can I use pre-paid Gift Cards to pay for my order?
YES. When using a pre-paid Gift Card from VISA, MasterCard or AMEX, enter the pre-paid Gift Card number in the Credit Card field in Payments. When using prepaid gift cards, the amount on the card must MEET or EXCEED the amount of your online order. For example, if you have a $50 VISA Gift Card, and your order total is $75, your gift card will be declined, because the card does not have enough funds to cover the entire order total.
Some stores and websites offer their own Gift Cards or Gift Certificates. When used, they simply deduct the amount of the card (for example $50) from your online order total (for example $75). You then pay the remaining balance with a credit card or payment of your choice ($25). Our KLEAN TEA Gift Certificates and KLEAN TEA E-Gift Cards work this way.
Do you have gift certificates?
YES. Our Gift Certificates are a perfect alternative to guessing someone's favourite tea blend or product. You may print the certificate from our website and deliver in person, or, send it via email. Since we do not send a physical certificate or card, there is no shipping charge for KLEAN TEA Gift Certificates. NOTE: Gift Certificates apply only to the cost of product(s) and associated taxes in your order, they do not apply to shipping charges for an order. Only one Gift Certificate can be used per order. If you would like to apply multiple gift certificates to an order, please contact our Customer Experience department for assistance. Promotions or savings of any kinda cannot be applied to the purchase of a KLEAN TEA Certificate.
How do I check my gift certificate balance?
If you used a portion of your Gift Certificate, your remaining balance will be saved in your KLEAN TEA account. To check your Gift Certificate balance, sign in to your KLEAN TEA Account and click on the tab Gift Certificates.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but we do offer a several gift boxed products. Our gift boxes are as elegant as any gift solution on the market. Please explore our selection.
Will there be any pricing in my KLEAN TEA delivery?
Your KLEAN TEA delivery will include a packing slip that does not show any product pricing, taxes, or shipping costs, which is especially helpful when sending a gift. If you are interested in viewing the prices for a past order, you have several options:
Email: Your Order Confirmation email, which is emailed the day you place your order, lists all product prices, taxes, and shipping costs.
Online: If you have an online account with us, click here and sign into your KLEAN TEA account. Select the order you wish to view and click the “view order” button. All product prices are listed for each order.

Can I ship to multiple locations?
Yes! After placing 2 or more items in your Shopping Bag, click on the button "Ship to more than one address?", located on the bottom left side of the Shopping Bag page. When you ship to multiple locations, you can choose where to deliver each and every item in your cart. Please note that the free shipping threshold must be reached by each shipment individually in order to qualify for free shipping.

Is ordering on your site secure?
Absolutely! We use the latest industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure that your information is securely transmitted to our servers. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we use and secure personal information.
TEA QUALITY AND TESTING
What are you doing to ensure the quality and safety of KLEAN TEA products?
The quality and safety of all our tea offerings is our mandate, to ensure that you enjoy only the highest quality and safest teas. All of our teas are naturally produced and undergo stringent quality assurance testing for pesticides and microbial contamination from the garden level to the post-harvest facilities, and through the final production processes and handling.
ALL our teas are 100% Organic certified by AUSTRALIAN CERTIFIED ORGANIC - ACO
KLEAN TEA offers ONLY organic teas, tea blends, and herbal tisanes to our consumers. All of our teas are rigorously tested for food safety and comply with ACO regulations.
All of KLEAN TEA products are GMO free. This includes the material for our tea infuser, the ingredients in the teas and the natural flavours.
Is there an expiration date on tea?
Tea does not have an expiration date, but it can start to lose freshness over time. At KLEAN TEA we label all of our products with a "best by" date to ensure that you experience the best we have to offer.
We do recommend storing your tea in a dry, cool, dark space. Tea needs to be kept away from heat, light, air, and moisture to ensure its freshness. Do not store your teas in the freezer or refrigerator.
Is your tea Gluten Free?
Yes, all of our teas are Gluten Free.
Is your tea certified Organic or Fair Trade?
YES AND YES ! We are both certified Organic and Fairtrade
Our production facility is certified organic by ACO. This is an important step in our process of developing certified organic teas, click and check our updated list of Organic Certified teas.
KLEAN TEA is proud to be Fair Trade Certified and support the Fair Trade movement dedicated to building equitable and sustainable trading partnerships that create opportunities to alleviate poverty. Our Fair Trade Certified tea provides a pro-active premium paid directly to the tea estate workers which affords and supports fair wages and added benefits such as better housing, healthcare, education, safe working conditions, a sustainable environment and no child labor. Every time you purchase one of our Fair Trade Certified teas you join in the Fair Trade movement and become an advocate for humane working conditions worldwide. Is your tea vegan?
Our blended teas and herbal tisanes are crafted using plant-derived ingredients and natural flavours including tea leaves, herbs, spices, fruits and flowers and are suitable for vegans. Please check the label however, as some of our teas may include honey. Like India. But we do have the vegan version with Rice malt syrup instead of the honey and it is delicious. How do I unsubscribe from your promotional emails?
We send occasional updates and promotional offers if you make a purchase or sign-up to our promotional newsletter. If you wish to be unsubscribe, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails, or, visit our Email Preference Center. Note: You will continue to receive Order and Shipment Confirmation emails for any orders placed. Your unsubscribe request may take up to 24 hours to be processed, thank you for your patience.
Can I customise my own flavour selection in a Presentation Box?
